Return Policy

Return Policies:
Warranty period begins on date of delivery. We have a 6 month warranty on all BL (brushless) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks, and a 60-day warranty on all BD (brushed) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks. There is NO WARRANTY on battery packs, since we have no way of verifying customer misuse vs. manfacturer defects. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns nor on exchanges. We are not liable for shipping on any returns. An RA (return authorization) number is required for all returns.

Refund Policies:
Your money will be promptly refunded if you make a return. Your refund will be made in the same form of payment that you originally used. i.e. paid with credit card, refund by credit card. A full refund will be issued for all returns received by our store within 30 days from the date they were delivered to you. This refund only includes the cost of the products; our store does not refund your initial shipping costs.
